1. CHOOSE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
We have experienced and qualified trainers to help you define and meet your goals.
2. COMPLETE ASSESSMENT
We will take you through a comprehensive evaluation of basic movements - including strength, balance, range of motion and much more. But more importantly, we get to know you.
3. CONSISTENTLY SHOW UP
You did the hard part - getting started! Now you just show up consistently, whether that is 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. There are many workout options - in person, virtual or through our training app.
4. RECOVER AND RESET
Massage, nutrition counseling, meditation training, and lifestyle coaching are all available to enhance your health and wellness. We love training and are here to help you fit exercise into your lifestyle. We focus on foundational movements that are scientifically supported and vetted through practice. Our clients come to us with a variety of goals, abilities, and experience. We meet them where they are and take them where they want to go – and we do it in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Our studio is based on the premise that our clients deserve personalized instruction and attention. Our sessions are by appointment only, and the number of trainers and clients in the studio is limited. One-on-one training and (very) small group sessions allow us to make sure each client walks away from a workout feeling better than when they came in – stronger and looking forward to coming back.

Vida is “life” in Spanish and Vida Fit translates, for us, to “fit for life.” Our training programs are designed to connect people to a healthier lifestyle, one that will enhance all aspects of our clients’ lives, well beyond the gym. Our clients have the confidence, strength and endurance to do the things they love to do, whether that’s going for a hike, playing a pick up game of basketball, or playing with their kids (or grandkids!).
